• Be in full compliance with the Florida Gaming Control Commission and applicable state and local regulations governing charitable gaming.

• Provide proof of eligibility, including but not limited to state gaming registration, charitable organization certificate, and/or tax-exempt documentation upon request.

Big Bear Gaming reserves the right to deny or revoke access to any customer who fails to meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Authorized Use of Website

You agree to use our website solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Misrepresent your organization or authority to purchase on its behalf.

• Attempt to access, alter, or interfere with any part of the website or its data.

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without express written permission from Big Bear Gaming.

4. Ordering and Payment

All orders must be placed through authorized channels. Pricing, payment methods, and order minimums are subject to change without notice.

• Payment terms will be determined at the time of sale or via approved dealer agreement.

• Orders may be refused or canceled at Big Bear Gaming’s sole discretion if eligibility cannot be verified or compliance issues are identified.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines and costs vary based on product availability, order size, and destination. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon shipment. Big Bear Gaming is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or regulatory reviews.

6. Product Use and Legal Compliance

All products sold are intended for lawful charitable gaming purposes only. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to:

• Ensure all use of Big Bear Gaming products complies with Florida Statutes Chapter 849, Florida Administrative Code, and any local ordinances.

• Maintain accurate operational and financial records as required by the Florida Gaming Control Commission.

• Obtain and maintain all required licenses and permits before conducting charitable games.

Big Bear Gaming assumes no liability for misuse of its products or violations of gaming laws by customers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Bear Gaming, LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website, products, or services.
Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the products giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Big Bear Gaming does not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
